Native model documentation

Reality Operating Model

A human-friendly navigation layer for two worldview models: Ontology Frameworks, the field map of what is; and The Architectures, the operational architecture for seeing, diagnosing, becoming, and acting.

High-level claim: reality is best viewed as a living field of being, meaning, embodiment, systems, constraints, and outcomes — then operated through discernment, intervention, practice, feedback, and integration.

Orientation

This is not a simplified transcript. It is a native interface for the models, preserving the nested structure while making it easier to navigate on desktop and mobile.

Model 1

Ontology Frameworks

A field map of reality: sacredness, self, friction, cognition, situatedness, perception, capacity, adaptation, flourishing, systems, science, and outcome.

Model 2

The Architectures

An operating model: Being, Non-Becoming, Becoming, Navigation, Pulse, and the question chains that turn clarity into action.

Core distinction: Ontology Frameworks names the dimensions to hold. The Architectures turns those dimensions into addressable places, bottlenecks, levers, practices, and feedback loops.

Ontology Frameworks

The ontology moves from Being into Becoming into Outcome. Each category below preserves the subcategories from the original model.

The model also names the domains in which reality is encountered: spiritual, conscious, mental, physical, emotional, relational, systemic, economic, cultural, artistic, and scientific.

The Architectures

The Architectures are a navigable address space for human reality: what a human is, how stuckness forms, how development happens, how perception is framed, and how the process is tracked.

Pulse Instrumentation

Pulse is the instrumentation layer. It turns inner life into observable state, bottleneck, lever, load, throughput, and movement — without reducing the spiritual frame to mere mechanics.

Question chains

The chains are the interface between philosophical clarity and operational action.

Pragmatist chain

What is relevant, important and within my priorities?Does this need to be worked on?Do I need to do this? How can I best tackle this?

A triage funnel: relevance → necessity → ownership → method. Add the shadow-check: what am I avoiding?

Philosopher chain

What is Being?How / what / why / who to Be?How / what is transforming?How to Become?What to ask?

The terminal question makes the chain recursive: the next question generates the next cycle.

Execution feeds back into ontology: what you do changes what you understand about what exists.

Epistemological chain

PhenomenologicalOntologicalStructuralMechanicalCausal

Do not jump to why. First observe what is experienced, what it is, how it is organized, and how it works.

Operating kernel

The simplest usable version answers four questions in under five minutes.

1. What’s happening?

Diagnosis: locate the phenomenon in the architectures and pulse.

2. What’s in the way?

Obstruction: identify the bottleneck, shadow, constraint, craving, aversion, load, or distortion.

3. What’s the move?

Intervention: diagnose, reflect, let go, become, integrate, act, restore, or express.

4. Did it shift?

Calibration: check state movement, mastery movement, resolution, flow, yield, and changed seeing.

Recursive close: execution feeds back into ontology. What you do changes what you understand about what exists; what you understand changes what you can become.
